The front wheel is a display/demo wheel and therefore discounted. The wheel has never been ridden or mounted in a bike though was on display at trade shows. Though still in a very good condition
A matching rearwheel can be added and will be build for you with new parts and is therefore not discounted. Though of course you still safe on the whole wheel set as there is only one rear wheel available with this discount.
